UI/UX Designer for Shipping Label Website

Job ID: 38691067

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

We are seeking a talented UI/UX designer to create detailed wireframes for a website that allows customers to generate shipping labels for products they've purchased online. The website, shipselv.dk, which means "ship yourself" in Danish, will offer a simple and intuitive user experience.

Project Overview:

The wireframes should include the following key features:

1. Homepage:

A clean and user-friendly interface where customers can enter their order number to search for their purchase.

A "Search" button to find their order, displaying a message if the order is not found or showing order details if it is found.

2. Order Details Page:

If the order is found, display the shipping address, item details (including weight), and available shipping options with prices (integrated with DHL and UPS).

Include an option to edit the shipping address, with prices adjusting dynamically.

Include a “Pay for Shipping” option leading to Stripe payment.

3. Signup & Login Process:

A simple sign-up process for new users and a login page for returning users.

Once logged in, users can view past orders and their shipping statuses, ensuring an easy re-purchase process if they return.

4. Dashboard for Logged-in Users:

Provide an overview of all their past and current orders.

Display order details, with options to quickly pay for shipping on any unpaid orders.

Include the ability to track current shipments directly from the dashboard using embedded 17track.

5. Order Confirmation Page:

After selecting a shipping option, display a summary of the selected shipping method and address.

An embedded Stripe payment section.

After successful payment, redirect users to an order success page, showing the tracking number.

6. Tracking Page:

A second top menu option for order tracking, embedding 17track for easy tracking by users.

7. Footer:

Include links to the Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, a contact email, and a link for merchants/webshops interested in integrating our service.

8. Theme Option:

A dark theme wireframe by default, with the option to switch between dark and light modes.

Deliverables: We expect detailed wireframes for both desktop and mobile versions, showcasing the entire user flow—from signup and order search to dashboard management and shipping label generation.
