VC Deck & Metric Preparation - Experienced Freelancers Only
Budget: £750 – £1,500 GBP
We are looking for a competent freelancer to help with the following:
On award of the work, a call will be required through Freelancer portal. This is required to explain the scope of work and the work done to date. This is absolutely required as part of the scope.
1. Draft an "Investment Teaser" - 1 to 2 pages - template provided
2. Draft a 12 page Seed Funding Deck - an existing deck will be provided that has been completed before. The freelancer will compress this deck to hit critical points and make the presentation investor friendly. Must look investor friendly and capture VC attention within the first few slides
3. Develop a product roadmap incorporating customer agreements, funding targets, technical readiness levels, commercialisation targets and other essential information - an example will be provided
4. Develop a detailed 35 slide deck that is detailed and expanded on Item 2 as above
5. Develop the following metrics - intial data will be provided:
Key Requirements:
- Develop metrics for Return on Investment (ROI), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Cash Multiple, and Net Asset Value (NAV).
- Multiple on Invested Capital (MOIC Metric)
- Gross Total Value to Paid in Capital (Gross TVPI Metric)
- Net Total Value to Paid in Capital (net TVPI Metric)
- Residula Value Per Paid In Capital (RVPI Metric)
- Distributions per Paid In Capital (DPI Metric)
- Gross IRR Metric
- Gross Realized IRR Metric
- Net IRR Metric
- Net Realized IRR Metric
- Revenue
- Lifetime Value of a Customer (LTV)
- Unit Economics
- These metrics should be calculated on a quarterly basis
Additional raw data can be provided by us in order to assist with the creation of the project
