Data Entry, Product Copy, Photo Editing

I’m looking to streamline a small backlog of product information so it is ecommerce-ready. The work breaks down into three clear parts:

• Manual data entry – transfer product details from PDFs into a Google Sheet I will share, keeping the formatting identical and double-checking for accuracy.
• Product descriptions – craft concise, engaging copy (about 80–100 words each) that follows the tone of my existing listings while naturally weaving in the key specs already captured in the sheet.
• Photo editing – crop, clean up backgrounds, adjust lighting and export each image to the size requirements I will supply (web-optimised JPEGs).

Everything ties back to the same set of 120 products, so consistency across the sheet, the copy and the images is essential. I’ll provide the source files, style guide and naming conventions at kickoff. Finished assets should slot straight into Shopify without extra tweaks on my side.
