This is a full-time role with the potential to transition into an in-house position in the future. The ideal candidate will be a female between the ages of 20 and 30 with experience in UGC management for e-commerce, managing editors, performance marketing, and creative scripting/copywriting for e-commerce.
Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute a creative strategy that aligns with the brand's vision and values
-Manage and curate user-generated content (UGC) for the e-commerce website and social media platforms
-Manage a team of editors and collaborate with them to create engaging and high-quality content for the brand
-Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales to the website
-Write creative and compelling copy for e-commerce product descriptions, website pages, and marketing materials
-Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the fashion industry and incorporate them into the brand's strategy
Requirements:
-Fluent/native German speaker
-A deep interest and passion for fashion and sustainability
-Experience in UGC management for e-commerce
-Experience in managing editors and creating high-quality content
-Experience in performance marketing, including running ads on various platforms
-Experience in creative scripting/copywriting for e-commerce
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
-A creative and innovative mindset
-Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
