Creative Copywriter to help out our eCommerce growth agency as a long-term partnership
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
Our agency, HighFlyers Media helps creators, influencers, and brands with large followings to sell more of their audience-specific products (merchandise, beauty products, etc...) online.
We’re looking for a new direct-response copywriter to join our team as a freelancer/contractor. A salesperson in print and a clever wordsmith. English language is gonna be your plaything and you use it to spark the desired response from readers.
Capturing attention in noisy news-feeds is second nature to you, empathy is one of your superpowers and you won’t hesitate to use it to make any product sell.
It's also an advantage if you are a big fan of the YouTuber creator community, and you understand how these influential people build highly successful businesses around their personal brands.
What You Will Do:
– Work closely with account leads/media buyers and co-strategize copy for all the upcoming campaigns and creative ideas.
– Write & edit copy mainly for Facebook Ads & Emails / SMS
– Research demographics, customer journeys, and products thoroughly to understand the full consumer persona.
– Create Ideal Customer Avatar(s) for our clients
– Understand different social media platforms and their audience to write and edit copy to match those needs
– Optimizing existing copy
What we require from you:
– Fluent in English.
– 2+ years experience in social media/direct-response copywriting for ads.
– A stubborn problem-solver who loves to take initiative.
– Experience strategizing copy for creatives.
– Ability to repurpose old copy and edit it to suit new audiences.
– Intuitive knowledge of the tried-and-true direct response principles.
– Flawless editing & proofreading skills.
– Flexibility and excellent time management in dynamic work environment.
– Responsible and have no problems sticking to a hard deadline.
– Able to quickly respond and adapt to client and team requests.
We would start working with you on a few projects to see if we are a good fit and if we do, we are planning to work with you in the long term as a contractor.
