Creating job descriptions for my emplyees

I am looking to have a series of job descriptions created for my existing Sales employees. Currently, I do not have any job descriptions in place, so I need help creating them and would like them to be a complete list of duties. I would appreciate a freelancer who has experience with generating effective job descriptions, as well as a good grasp on the different responsibilities associated with Sales positions.
