We are looking for a skilled Shopify developer to create a basic website that will serve as a platform for both - blogging and showcasing products. The main purpose of the website is to showcase our luxury cat-tree products, while also providing a platform for blogging and collecting email IDs from customers.
Aesthetic: We desire a playful but simple and classy aesthetic for our website. As a luxury pet brand, we want the website to be visually appealing and engaging to our target audience. We have a logo and the brand guide ready - so you don't have to spend time on deciding fonts and colours.
Key requirements for the project:
- Shopify expertise: The ideal candidate should have experience in creating Shopify websites and be familiar with its features and functionality.
- Your team must have great graphics design skills and copy-writing skills. We will need some taglines and punchlines on the website.
- Blogging functionality: The website should have a user-friendly interface for creating and managing blog posts, as well as options for social sharing and comments.
- Product showcasing: The website should have a visually appealing product gallery, with the ability to showcase product details, images, and pricing.
- Email collection: The website should have a feature for collecting email IDs from customers, with the ability to send newsletters and promotional emails.
- Amazon integration: The website should have the ability to redirect customers to our products on Amazon for purchase. We'd like to use Amazon Attribution link. There will be no direct selling via our website.
- Target Audience: High net worth customers who'd like to invest in luxury cat products, who have taste for premium home decor and who are after high-end asthetics for their home.

This is an urgent requirement. At this stage we have only 3 products and we want a quick website to redirect customers from our social media channels. The basic functionality must be ready in 3-4 days. Next month, we will add more products and more functionalities. There will be ongoing maintenance work as we are expecting to add 4-5 products every month. Total number of products will be more than 100 over the time.
Our budget for this temporary project is AUD $200-300. You can purchase a shopify theme or create a custom one suitable for our needs. Once basic website is ready - we will keep enhacing and maintaining the website on ongoing basis.
