Create an Interactive Online Training Program BY watching current training videos we provide
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
I am looking for a freelancer to create an interactive online training program that can improve employee performance. The program will be web-based and will include quizzes and assessments for interactivity. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing web-based training programs and integrating quizzes and assessments. Additionally, knowledge of instructional design principles and experience in creating engaging and interactive learning experiences would be a plus.
There is a total of 4 current training programs that need to be created. I will have multiple training programs that will need to be done after this so I will need some sort of template or guide to follow.
Currently someone is going to have to watch, record, and type into a word document a total of 14 hours worth of Videos. Eith you or I can hire the voice actor but I would like to approve the voice prior to training. If you would liek ti to be in my scope I cna take care of it but I need clean word doucments for them to read with good punctuation. I will leave it up to you to clean up the not nessecary talking. I am also leaving it up to you to make up the questions as we go along. I have never done this before so I am ready for Q&A and guidience. I am deffinatly lookign for any easy button where you can take messy content and videos, clean them up, and create an interactive training program for me.
