Core values and code of ethics for our construction company.

we are in the process of getting some core values and code of ethics in writing. we have been in business for over 25 years and have notice a change in employees. we think it would be helpful to implement some documentation. we figure the first place to start would be core values and code of ethics. I may be good at verbally communicating but not pen to paper. my intent is to get employees inspired, feel like they are part of something. show growth personally and for the business. after that we intend to write a bunch of stuff like on boarding, job descriptions, sub-contractor agreements, ect.
