Copywriting for full page ad in LGBTQ+ magazine

We have a new client that would like to have an ad made for a popular LGTBQ+ business magazine in the Bay Area in California. We are designing an ad that will fit his business goals and need help getting the copy together for the ad.
- Content - the client is a property management company that does business in California but wants to branch out into other states and cities. With that said, they want a headline and small paragraph that tells people who they are, what they do and that they are expanding.
- Style - since this is for an LGBTQ+ magazine we want to make sure the ad copy feels inclusive and inviting, but still feels like a professional business.
- Design style - we'll be creating a custom made illustration for the ad. It will include skyscrapers and buildings from a bunch of different cities all put together to show that they are expanding.
