Copy Word Docs Precisely

I have a batch of existing Microsoft Word files whose text needs to be lifted exactly as-is and placed into a new Word template I’ll supply. Nothing exotic—just straightforward copy-and-paste—but it must be meticulous. Every paragraph break, heading level, boldface term, and bullet point in the source Word documents should appear the same way in the destination file you create.

Here is what you can expect:
• I will provide a folder of the source .docx files plus the blank template.
• Your task is to transfer the contents, preserving native formatting and any embedded hyper-links.
• One consolidated Word document per source file, or a single master file—whichever workflow you find faster is fine with me as long as layout integrity is kept.

Acceptance criteria
• Text in the final Word document(s) matches the source word-for-word.
• Original formatting (headings, lists, emphasis, hyperlink targets) is retained.
• No stray spacing, line breaks, or missing characters when I run a quick side-by-side check.
