Content Preparation for Travel Website

We are looking for a freelancer to prepare content from a PDF containing Top 40 activities. So that each activity can be easily added as a separate WordPress page. No WordPress access is required.

Requirements:

Extract all text from our PDF and organize it clearly in a Word or Google Doc.
For each activity, provide:
Title / H1: Activity name
Description / Story: Short, engaging paragraph (2–3 paragraphs max)
Quick Facts / Highlights: Distance, duration, difficulty, start point/location, best season/time
Tips / Recommendations: Bullet list of useful advice for visitors
Links / Resources: Google Maps or official websites
Images: Send separately with suggested placement (optional)

Use a consistent format, headings, and style across all 40 activities.
Clearly label each activity so we can copy-paste into WordPress as separate pages.

Deliverables:
One structured Word or Google Doc containing all 40 activities
Any associated images, properly labeled for each activity

Strong organizational and formatting skills
Ability to create clean, user-friendly, and consistent content
Attention to detail
English proficiency

Additional Notes:
We will handle the actual WordPress page creation and image uploads.
The content should be structured for good UX and readability, following headings, bullets, and short paragraphs.
