Content & Marketing Virtual Assistant Needed

Virtual Assistant (Content Creation & Marketing Support) – Long Term
Role: Social Media + Content VA for Visionary NDIS Brand
Hours: 10–20 per week to start (with room to grow)
Location: Remote — must have strong English and consistent communication
About Quest Collective:
We’re not just an NDIS provider — we’re building a movement. Quest Collective empowers neurodivergent youth and young adults through mentoring, supported living, and hero’s journey-inspired programs. With a fast-growing brand and an app under development, we’re looking for a high-calibre VA to bring our vision to life across content, social media, and digital products.
The Ideal VA (That’s You!):
You’re a content wizard, tech-savvy, emotionally intelligent, and love bringing heart + strategy into everything you do. You understand nuance, can edit a podcast or repurpose a blog, and can communicate clearly and confidently.
You’ll Be Responsible For:
• Content Creation:
• Creating Instagram posts, carousels, and Reels from Canva templates and raw assets
• Repurposing blogs/videos into quote cards and micro content
• Building simple but polished eBooks and lead magnets
• Marketing Admin:
• Scheduling content via GoHighLevel or Meta Business Suite
• Managing email broadcasts and basic sales funnel updates
• Organizing folders in Google Drive and tracking tasks in ClickUp or Notion
• Creative Projects:
• Helping build course content and resource kits
• Editing Loom/Zoom videos for short-form content
• Working alongside AI (ChatGPT, Canva Magic Write, etc.) to create fast and effective drafts
Skills You Need:
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Canva, CapCut, Descript or similar tools
• GoHighLevel (or willingness to learn fast)
• Google Workspace, Notion, Slack
• Bonus if you’ve worked in NDIS, coaching, therapy or youth spaces

Rate:
• $7–$15 AUD/hour depending on skill and experience
• Paid trial to start (5–10 hrs), with opportunity for long-term role
