Content Creation & Client Success Coordinator

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

You’re not creative—you’re a precision executor.
You don’t need to be told things twice.
You love lists, deadlines, and making chaos disappear.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN:

1. Uploading & Scheduling:
- Post final reels on Instagram & YouTube
- Tag collaborators, apply hashtags, and format everything correctly

2. Captions:
- Generate captions using our in-house AI system
- Proofread, format, and upload

3. Reel Covers:
- Use pre-made Canva templates to make clean, scroll-stopping reel thumbnails
- Client Coordination (Text-based):
- Send update messages
- Track client feedback, approvals, and revisions
- Make sure no deadline or reel goes missing

4. Content Calendar Management:
- Update internal trackers
- Log published content
- Save stories & highlights


MUST-HAVES:
1. Knows Canva, Instagram backend, Google Drive
2. Speaks and writes clean English (no sloppy texts)
3. Owns and respects deadlines
4. Doesn’t ghost, flake, or complain
5. Wants to grow with a high-performance team—not do freelance gigs forever

This role is not for designers, editors, or strategists.
This is for someone who can get things done, quietly and efficiently, every single day.
Flexible remote hours (but deadlines are sacred)
