Comprehensive HR Generalist Support -- 2

Job ID: 40246773

Budget: $8 – $15 USD

I’m looking for an experienced HR professional who can take ownership of three core pillars in our people function: recruitment and staffing, employee relations, and the development of pragmatic HR policies that will scale with our team.

Recruitment & Staffing
You’ll build clear, compelling job descriptions, run structured interviews (remote and on-site), and coordinate a smooth onboarding experience that makes new hires productive from day one. I already have a basic ATS in place, so feel free to bring your own tools or refine our current workflow.

Employee Relations
Day-to-day, I’ll lean on you to guide conflict resolution, facilitate regular employee feedback sessions, and tighten up our performance-management cadence. Empathy is key here, but so is the ability to translate conversations into concrete action plans that keep morale and productivity high.

HR Policy Development
Our existing handbook is thin. I need you to draft, update, and socialise policies that cover everything from leave and benefits to disciplinary procedures, ensuring they align with local labour regulations.

Deliverables (all handed off in editable formats):
• Job description templates for each open role
• A structured interview guide and evaluation rubric
• A 30-, 60-, 90-day onboarding roadmap
• Conflict-resolution and feedback frameworks ready to roll out company-wide
• A refreshed performance-management process with timelines and review forms
• An updated HR policy manual compliant with current legislation

Acceptance criteria: documents must be clear, jargon-free, and ready for leadership sign-off; processes should be mapped in a simple flowchart or checklist; all material should be provided in Word/Google Docs with version control notes.

If you’re confident navigating both strategic HR planning and hands-on execution, let’s talk.
