Client Communication Coaching for Freelancers

I want to master freelancing, and my biggest hurdle is crafting clear, persuasive replies whenever a client asks a question. I already know the basics of the platform; what I need now is structured guidance that shows me, step by step, how to write messages that build trust, clarify scope, and keep projects moving forward.

Here’s what would make this engagement successful for me:
• A short audit of two or three sample replies I’ve written, with concrete feedback on tone, structure, and clarity.
• Practical templates or frameworks I can adapt to different client scenarios—pricing questions, scope clarifications, or follow-ups.
• A live or recorded walkthrough (video call, Loom, or similar) explaining why certain wording works better, plus tips on keeping language professional yet friendly.
• One revision round where I rewrite my messages based on your feedback and you give final pointers.

I work in Indonesian but also want my English messages to read naturally, so feel free to comment on both languages if you can. Tools like Google Docs or Notion for shared comments are fine with me.
