I am seeking an experienced instructional designer with a strong background in coaching certification programs to 'redesign and upgrade my current Board Certified Coach (BCC) training courses' hosted on TalentLMS.
I have already developed the **30, 60, and 120-hour BCC trainings**, but due to recent updates to the **Board Certified Coach Examination (BCCE)** content outline and competency requirements from the Center for Credentialing & Education (CCE), the courses need to be **revised and elevated**.
Key Tasks:
1. Review the Updated BCCE Guidelines:
- Align content with the *new CCE core competencies:
- Ethical and Professional Standards
- Agreements and Goal-Setting
- Coach Presence and Applied Skills
- Effective Coach–Client Communication and Rapport
- Facilitating Client Growth and Accountability

2. Redesign Existing Courses (30, 60, and 120 hours):
- Update course modules, quizzes, and activities to reflect the new content outline.
- Ensure **testing formats and assessments** align with the updated BCCE requirements.
- Integrate scenarios, case studies, and interactive elements that assess applied skills and ethical decision-making.
3. Upgrade Course Quality and Professionalism:
- Enhance instructional design flow, visual appeal, and learner engagement.
- Incorporate **multimedia elements** (e.g., videos, voiceovers, graphics) to elevate the learning experience.
- Apply best practices in **adult learning, coaching education, and e-learning**.
4. Optimize for TalentLMS:
- Ensure seamless functionality within **TalentLMS**, including compatibility with its features (e.g., assessments, certificates, SCORM packages).
- Suggest or implement any **LMS optimization** for user experience.
Ideal Candidate:
- Instructional Design Experience (preferably in coaching, counseling, or professional development sectors).
