Australian Travel Back-Office Non-Voice Support

We are looking for detail-oriented back-office professionals to support our Australian travel clients with flight ticket bookings, invoice checks, and booking management — entirely via chat. This is a non-voice project ideal for candidates with strong written communication and travel industry knowledge.

Fast typing skills
Strong English level (both written and spoken)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Handle flight booking requests from Australian clients via chat
Search, book, and confirm flight tickets using backend systems
Verify and validate invoices for accuracy before sharing with clients
Track ticket status and provide timely updates to clients
Process amendments, cancellations, and refund requests
Maintain accurate records of all booking transactions
Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and special requests
Ensure compliance with airline policies and fare rules
Deliver prompt and professional responses to all client chat
