Assistant in Growing e-Commerce Business

As an e-commerce business, I'm in need of a talented individual who is familiar with the Shopify platform. The ideal candidate would assist with the following tasks:
- Uploading around 20 various products onto our platform a day. Detailed information and images will be provided. Prior experience with product uploading in Shopify is ideal.
- Providing customer service support. This involves responding to customer inquiries, processing returns, and handling any platform-related questions.
A background in e-commerce and strong customer service skills are a must for this role. Familiarity with Shopify's functionality is highly desired.
