I’m dealing with a series of illegal posts that are circulating across major social-media channels. I own the rights to the material being shared, and I want every infringing URL taken down swiftly under the DMCA.
You’ll receive a list of links plus proof of ownership from me. Using that information, you will draft a fully compliant DMCA notice in my name and submit it through each platform’s official reporting system (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube, or any other network where the links appear). When a platform confirms removal, or if it requests additional information, you’ll forward the correspondence so I can stay in the loop.
Deliverables:
• A copy of every notice filed (PDF or screenshot)
• Date-stamped confirmations or case numbers from each platform
• A short report showing either that the content is no longer publicly accessible or, if still pending, the next action you recommend
