Help with copyright strikes on youtube

I am looking for someone to help me with copyright strikes on my YouTube channel. I currently have one strike stemming from video links falsely claiming that a website or application is owned by them. I need assistance with resolving this as soon as possible. I am open to hearing suggestions regardless of my initial answers but I need the copyright strikes handled in the most efficient manner. I need someone who can help me create a counter notification for that youtube video. Or possibly a court order for youtube against the claimant
