Daily book copyrighting

Every day I release a fresh mystery manuscript and I want each one fully registered with the U.S. Copyright Office without delay. The material is always original fiction, typically between 20–40 k words, and I supply finished PDFs and the necessary metadata (title, author pen name, date of creation, publication status).

Your role is to handle the entire full-registration process: prepare the correct form, upload the work through the eCO portal, pay the filing fee with my card on file, and return the official submission confirmation. Once the certificate is issued, forward the digital copy and log the registration number in our shared spreadsheet so my legal team can track it.

Consistency and speed matter more than volume; I expect one complete submission per calendar day, Monday through Friday. You will have direct access to my eCO account, so familiarity with that system and its document-naming conventions is essential. Accuracy—especially in titles, author attribution, and date fields—will be audited.

Acceptance criteria
• Submission receipt from eCO generated on the same day the manuscript is delivered
• Correct registration number and PDF certificate uploaded to the tracker once issued
• Zero data-entry errors across all fields

If you already navigate the eCO platform blindfolded and are comfortable signing an NDA, this will be a straightforward, steady stream of work.
