word to csv

I'm looking for someone to convert a Word document to a CSV file. The Word document is in .rtf format and I want the CSV file to follow my specific guidelines. The data to be extracted from the Word document is text only. The total number of documents is 30. All in Polish, character coding is important. An example of one document in the attachment. If you think you can handle this project, please get in touch.
