typing and date entry

I am in need of a highly experienced typist and date entry specialist to take on a project I have. I have text from paper documents that needs to be typed, however this isn't a simple copy and paste job. I not only need the information to be typed, but also reformatted so that it meets the specific requirements of my project. There will be no more than 200 entries in total.
