take a group of training videos and copy all the verbial training and put it into a word document

I am looking for someone to take a group of training videos and transcribe all of the verbal training into a Word document. The videos are 14 hours total and I need the transcriptions to be time-stamped. The Word document should be formatted to the trainer speaking then when you come to a question put it in bold with only the correct answer below it. I need only the necessary parts of the training so any side talk or cross talk does not need to be typed out. I will have a voice actor reading this and implementing a training course. Every 3 min I need a time stamp so we can easily find our spot and capture the image the trainer is talking about.
