I need a typist and/or note typing from scanned documents

I need handwritten notes, codes and markings from printed paper interview transcripts added to the original Word documents the interview transcripts were printed from.
I printed out the transcripts from the interviews and wrote notes and highlighted sections with codes for those highlighted notes, which will to be used to modify the Word transcripts. I need those notes and highlighted sections added into the original Word documents, ideally Word for Mac. My handwriting is pretty clear, it's very simple and easy. I'm on a tight timescale.
I have about 32 interviews which range from 25 to 44 pages of double spaced type. The notes get increasingly less intense, exchanged for shorthand. So the first 10 interviews will be more time-consuming, but it will get significantly faster from there.
