Word pdf data typing

I am looking for a freelancer to assist with typing up some data.
I have a batch of documents, notes, or digital files that I need transcribed into either Word or PDF format. The data may include text from scanned documents, handwritten notes, or digital files. While I haven't specified the exact number of pages, it's safe to assume that this is a medium-sized job, possibly ranging from 10 to 50 pages or more.
I'm open to suggestions on how the data should be organized, but I might not have a specific format in mind.
