I have a batch of Word documents that need to be keyed into our system exactly as they appear—no formatting lost, no typos introduced. The job is straightforward data entry: open each .doc/.docx file, copy-type or paste as appropriate, and double-check that headings, paragraph breaks, and any embedded numbers remain identical to the source.
I will provide:
• A folder of the original Word files.
• A simple entry template that shows where each piece of text belongs.
What I expect back:
• The completed template for every file, saved in the requested format.
• Zero missing characters and consistent spacing—accuracy will be spot-checked before approval.
Turnaround is flexible as long as we agree on a realistic timeline up front. If you are meticulous with text files and comfortable working exclusively with Word documents, this should be a smooth project for both of us.
