Urgent Hospitality CSR with Top Communication

I'm in need of a skilled CSR with a background in the hospitality industry. The position requires someone with the following skills and experience:
- Excellent communication skills: As a CSR, you will be representing our brand and directly interacting with our customers. Your communication skills should be top-notch, both in written and verbal form.
- Problem-solving abilities: We face a variety of customer inquiries and issues on a daily basis. You should be able to think on your feet and provide solutions promptly.
- Experience with handling customer inquiries: Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the hospitality industry is a must. You should have a thorough understanding of customer service principles and practices.
