Type 70 pages of a scanned book as text into an .md file

I have a book of around 70 pages that I have scanned into pictures. I am a little short on time to take notes so I want someone to type those 70 pages into a file of .md format along with chapter names from the top of the page.
Note that this has some equations that you will need to type using markdown format.
It's a simple job, just type whatever is written in the scanned book into your computer.
