I have fewer than ten pages of clear handwritten notes that I need transformed into an editable digital file. Accuracy is essential, especially for several small tables embedded throughout the content.

Please reproduce the text exactly as written, replicate each table’s layout, and keep the overall structure intact. A clean, spell-checked Microsoft Word or Google Docs file is all I need in return. If you spot any ambiguous words while typing, flag them in a comment so I can confirm the wording.
