Transcription Job for Georgian Language.

I am in need of a transcriber who can accurately transcribe audio files in Georgian language. The audio files are in interview, lecture, and conversation formats. There are 3-4 speakers in the recordings, and I require time-stamping in the transcription. The ideal candidate should have:
