I have a stack of printed documents that I need converted into clean, error-free plain text files. The job is straightforward: read each page carefully and type its contents exactly as they appear, preserving paragraphs and basic punctuation but omitting any page numbers or handwritten notes.

Accuracy matters more than speed. I will check the files with a quick diff tool, so please proofread your work before submitting. You may use OCR to speed things up as long as you manually verify every line; final output must still be a standard .txt file encoded in UTF-8.

Deliverables:
• One plain text file per source document, named to match the original.
• Completion report listing any illegible sections you had to flag.
