Transcribe Pilot Logs to LogTen

I will be sending high-resolution scans—well over a hundred pages—of my paper pilot logbooks. Every flight on those images needs to be entered into LogTen Pro exactly as it appears on the page.

For each entry you will record the total flight time and break it down into turbine, high-performance, conventional, and retractable hours. You will also copy across any short notes that indicate a test, check, or instruction given or received; the notes are brief and should be quick to spot.

Aircraft details (type, registration, category, class) and the full route information (departure and destination) must be captured exactly as written. When the work is complete the cumulative totals inside LogTen Pro must match the handwritten sums and printouts in the scans—no rounding, no discrepancies.

Because everything arrives as scanned images, no additional image processing is necessary; you can work directly from the files. The LogTen Pro interface is straightforward, but solid familiarity with the software—or at least a willingness to double-check every auto-calculated field—is essential.

Deliverables:
• A LogTen Pro database file (or CSV export) containing every transcribed flight.
• A quick verification sheet that shows the main hour totals from the program alongside the corresponding handwritten totals for easy cross-checking.

If you notice any legibility issues while working, flag them immediately so I can supply clarifications. Accuracy is paramount, but once you have a workflow in place the brief, straightforward notes and consistent format of the entries should keep the project moving smoothly.

This project will be completed in stages. Scans will be submitted chronologically for transcription and reviewed incrementally to ensure accuracy before proceeding further.
