Transcribe PDF Text into Sheets

I have a collection of PDFs filled with plain text that must be transferred, line-for-line, into a structured Google Sheet. Accuracy is critical: every word, punctuation mark, and capitalization in the PDFs needs to appear exactly the same in the spreadsheet.

You’ll receive the PDFs, a link to a blank Google Sheet already laid out with the required column headings, and a short example row that shows the desired formatting. Simply enter the data so each PDF page corresponds to its own row, keeping the text in the specified column order.

Deliverable
• A completed Google Sheet containing every text entry from the supplied PDFs, double-checked for typos and consistent spacing.

I’ll review for completeness and spot-check a random sample before signing off. Let me know if you have experience with OCR or prefer manual typing—either approach is fine as long as the final sheet is perfect.
