Transcribe Feedback Forms to Excel

I have a steady flow of community feedback forms that arrive on paper. I scan each form into PDF and now need every response captured in a single Excel file. I will supply:

• A ready-made Excel template with the exact column layout.
• Clear formatting guidelines for how each text comment should be entered.
• Sample PDFs so you can see the two-page form before we begin.

What you’ll do:

1. Open each PDF and type the handwritten or printed text comments into the matching Excel fields.
2. Record the checkbox selections—these are multiple-option answers as well as free-text notes
3. Double-check entries for spelling, alignment with the correct column, and consistency with the guidelines.

Volume & timing:

• About 20 new forms per week right now, with a larger batch expected from mailed returns.
• All forms must be transcribed by 20/11, so accuracy and a reliable turnaround are essential.
