Transcribe Documents into Excel

I have several batches of physical documents that need to be converted into a clean, well-structured Excel workbook. Every legible word on each page must be captured exactly as it appears, keeping original casing, punctuation, and line breaks where relevant.

Accuracy is critical—I will be spot-checking random rows against the original papers, so the work must be error-free. A single .xlsx file is all that’s required, with one sheet per document type; please replicate any headings you see so the data stays organized and searchable.
