I'm looking for a dedicated individual to fill a hybrid customer service role aimed primarily at high school students. This position will involve a mix of handling phone inquiries, email support and chat support.

Essential Skills:
- Excellent communication skills: You should be able to convey information clearly and positively, and be patient with young customers.
- Problem-solving abilities: You should think on your feet and find solutions to customer issues quickly and effectively.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus.
- Experience working with or understanding the needs of high school students will be highly regarded.
