Retype an article on business administration to be arranged in folders

My project is a bunch of already written articles which need to be typed according to my given specifications and furthermore arranged in folders which will be named appropriately (chronologically).
I'm in need of an efficient freelancer with fast typing capabilities using Microsoft Office and also proofreading prowess as this write up might contain errors, Spanish knowledge may also be required and lastly but most important, the freelancer must be fluent in English.
