I have a short set of records stored in digital files that need to be keyed into the destination template I will supply. Accuracy is more important than speed, but the volume is small enough that an experienced data-entry specialist should be able to finish in well under an hour.
What you’ll do
• Open the digital files I provide and capture every field exactly as shown.
• Enter the information into the spreadsheet or online form I’ll share with you.
• Run a brief self-check to be sure names, numbers, and spelling match the originals.
• Return the completed file to me and confirm submission.
