Proposal Typesetting and Logo Insertion

I have a 4-page Word proposal that needs professional typesetting. Tasks include:
- Inserting our company logo at specified locations
- Pasting content from a separate document into the main proposal
- Incorporating a separate corporate structure as a Word doc

Last is logo . It is start of attachment one. I said logo opibus but shld be logo financing rent rolls as attached
