Printed Forms Data Entry

I have fewer than 50 pre-printed forms that need to be keyed into a digital file. Every field on each form must be transferred exactly as written, maintaining spelling, punctuation, and number formatting. I will supply high-resolution scans (PDF). Simply open the files, type the information into the Excel template I provide, and return the completed workbook for review. Accuracy is critical, so please double-check as you go; any discrepancies will be sent back for correction.
