120-Page Manuscript Typing

I have a handwritten manuscript that fills roughly 120 sheets written on both sides, and I need every word transcribed accurately into Microsoft Word. Please set the document in Times New Roman, 12-point, keeping things to standard text formatting—no special styles or elaborate layouts, just clean paragraphs that reflect what’s on the page.

All chapter breaks, headings, and any underlining or simple emphasis marks in the original should be carried over exactly as they appear. Spelling or punctuation errors that are obviously unintentional may be corrected, but stay true to the author’s voice; when in doubt, leave the text as written and flag the spot with a brief comment.

Deliverable: one fully proof-read .docx file ready for my final review. Accuracy and consistent formatting are the priorities, so I will spot-check at least ten random pages against the originals before approving the work.
