I'm in need of a freelancer who can assist with text extraction from PDFs for the purpose of data analysis. The project primarily involves:

- Copying and pasting text from various PDFs
- Extracting only text (not tables, figures, or structured data)
- Formatting the extracted text into Microsoft Word (.docx)
