I have a stack of text-based PDF files that need to be re-typed—no copy-and-paste is possible—so I’m looking for someone who can transfer every word accurately into an editable format. The goal is a clean, fully searchable Word document that mirrors the original content and basic layout.

Here’s how we’ll work: I’ll share a short sample page first; your transcription accuracy on that page sets the standard for the rest of the job. Once we’re aligned, you’ll proceed file by file, sending each completed document for a quick check so feedback stays immediate and revisions stay minimal.

• Consistent headings, page breaks, and page numbers that reflect the originals
• A simple log noting any illegible text or unclear sections
