PDF Copy Typing Assistance Needed

I have a batch of standard PDF text documents that I need transferred exactly as-is into new editable files. Accuracy is everything: spelling, line breaks, and paragraph spacing should match the original PDFs. The content is purely text—no complex tables or images—so the job is a straightforward copy-and-paste exercise, not a redesign.

You may use any reliable PDF reader or clipboard utility you prefer (Adobe Acrobat, Foxit, or even browser-based viewers are fine) so long as the final text mirrors the source without omissions or stray formatting. I’ll supply the PDFs in one folder and would like the completed files returned in the format we agree on before you start.

Turnaround is flexible but I’d like regular progress updates so we can catch any issues early. If you’re detail-oriented and comfortable working with text-only PDFs, this should be a quick, repeatable task.
