While extracting the text, please reorganise each piece with a logical heading structure—use Word’s built-in Heading 1, Heading 2, and deeper levels where it makes sense—so the final documents are easy to navigate and ready for further editing.
Key points you should know:
• Source files are PDFs; accurate OCR or copy-typing is essential.
• I do not want a straight replica of the original layout; instead, apply fresh, uniform styling centred on those headings and sub-headings.
• Consistency matters: same font family and size across all body text, clean spacing, no stray page breaks, and no formatting artefacts carried over from the PDF.
• Finished deliverable: one neatly formatted .docx for each article, fully proof-read in English and free of conversion errors.
