Operations Support Leadership Team Team Alignment Documents

I have about 23 flip chart pages with handwritten notes, illustrations and comments that need to be typed and ordered by topic. The objective of the project is to capture the Protocols, Actions, along with the key messages. Additionally I need an outline for the Stakeholder communication plan, Decision making, Relationship building and Identifying interdependencies, and Dealing with Conflict. Elaborate illustrations are not necessary.
