Office form creation and editing

I have a number of forms (10) that I would like help updating. I would like to add some graphics, logo, and colors.
These forms are to be printed and handed out in the office. They are for senior citizens so the print must be clear and the directions on the forms very straightforward. If successful this could lead to more projects.
