Numero-Pagination Formatting

I need assistance with page number formatting for a document. I desire no numbering on the title page, followed by Roman numerals for subsequent pages up until the introduction. From the introduction onwards, Arabic numerals will be used. The preferred font for these numbers is Times New Roman. Skills and experience in document formatting would be beneficial, but no specific application details are required.
